September 11, 2001 killed was 2,977 in three locations. NOTE: Every week the U.S. has more people killed from #COVID19 than 9-11-01 and all operations since then.)

 INTERNATIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES CODE EMERALD (ICCE): There are currently six that meet the requirements.

1. China vs. India border dispute in Himalayas. Both countries have deployed two Corps (about 80,000 troops) on their side of the border. There have been various skirmishes and fire fights recently. Estimates have China with over 500 troops KIA and India with 200 KIA. Pakistan, a natural enemy of India is siding with China and also due to the CPEC (Belt and Road) initiative.

This situation could blow into a major war at anytime. And remember both countries are #Nuclear. China has 1,800 warheads with some being 2 Megaton city busters (5 mile total destruction radius) and India has about 180 warheads. All three countries have missiles. If this was to go #Nuclear mostly by whichever country to save face on terrible losses any detonations in South Asia, the fallout would drift west over Iran, the Middle East and over the Atlantic Ocean by four days and take trade winds to the U.S. This is similar to a U.S. hurricane path. Any detonations in China would drift north and east into Russia, Korea, Japan and eventually to the U.S. and Canada with a three day notice.                                                                                                                                                               2.Turkey/Libya/Greece/Egypt/Mediterranean Sea situations: There are more countries that those listed that are involved. There are many sides, parts and players to this whole very complex situation. A. Second Libyan Civil War: Since 2012 after Colonel Kaddafy died, Libya has been in a civil war. The two major sides are the Libyan National Army (LNA) and the Government of National Accord (GNA). ISIS/Daesh and Al-Qaeda also have small roles in Libya. The following countries support the LNA: UAE, Egypt, Russian Wagner Group mercenaries, Sudan, Syria, Israel, Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, Chad, Jordan, Belarus, Iran, Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, Algeria and others. The following countries support the GNA: Revolutionary Brigades, Syrian Interim Government (rebels), Turkey, Italy, Qatar, Sudan, the U.N., most of the E.U., Italy, U.K., U.S. and others.

This crosses the NATO/Russia divide, divides NATO and the E.U., and is one sticky-wicket. Egypt has massed armored forces at the Libyan border to help the LNA. The LNA wants to restore sovereignty over the whole of Libya, based in Tobruk, using the House of Representives but has more land. The GNA is and has plotted militia coups, based in Tripoli and has 50-70% of the population.

B. Turkey, a NATO member, but Islamic and authoritarian with President Erdogan, is gradually slipping away from NATO standards and controls. Even though Turkey has a major NATO Hqs of LANDCOM in Ismir on the coast and the U.S. has about 40 B61 dialable #Nuclear smart bombs at the USAF base in Incirlik, they have bought S-400 Air Defense Missiles from Russia, they support the GNA in Libya and are a natural sworn enemy of their NATO neighbor Greece. Plus there is the Cyprus problem. Turkey has just found major supplies of oil and natural gas west of Cyprus. Egypt and Greece and signed a naval pact for the Med. Greek and Turkish naval and air forces are splitting hairs and playing chicken in the Med.

3. Ukraine vs. Russia situation: After the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, Russia annexed the Ukrainian Oblast of Crimea that had a mostly Russian community. This was also after the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity which caused the Oblasts of Donetsk and Luhansk to break away from Ukraine. They also had a Russian community and was supported by Russia. Since 2014, over 4,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died, over 10,000 civilians, and about 5,000 combatants from the two eastern Oblasts. Supposedly 400 Russian soldiers or operatives have died in this conflict.

Russia has various expansionist plans for Ukraine, the Caucuses (Georgia, Armenia), the Balkans (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia) and the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland (all NATO countries). Russia is looking to merge the Slavic/Orthodox peoples into a new Soviet Union type community. The Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad which is perched between Poland and Lithuania has been wanting to join Mother Russia (Rodina) by land. This would take a invasion of Lithuania by Russia and probably start #WW3.

4. Israel/Iran/Syria/terrorism situations: Another sticky-wicket, there is always some sort of attack by Palestinan terrorist against Israel and the retribution by Israel to them. Read Terrorism in “Family Pre-Disaster Manual”. Hamas and PIJ are in Gaza, Hezbollah is in Lebanon and Syria. They both have tens of thousands of rockets pointed at Israeli cities and farms. They are backed by Iran and Syria. Unless thousands of rockets fly then it’s business as usual. The last big Gaza war was in 2014.

5. China is also being expansionist peacefully/economically and also militarily. In the South China Sea, they have the Nine-Dash-Line, where as they are claiming seas, waters, land and islands from Japan, Taiwan, Philippines and Vietnam. There have been ship bumpings and massive sorties. On land, China has the Belt and Road imitative. They help build infrastructure at a price (subservience to China) for your country, whether its roads, airports or docks.

6. Most people understand what’s going on in North Korea by now, it makes a lot of news at times. Just remember that they are #Nuclear and have hundreds of missiles and rockets. Probably 20 or more are Ro-Dong 3s; Hwasong 14 or 15s that can travel 9,000 miles and can hit the U.S. and the E.U. See Nuclear Survival planning on Blogspot.

COVID2019 TIMELINE AND #globalhotspots update April 15, 2020.

ON COVID2019: They are 80 of us on Twitter that do #OSINT, #globalhotspots, #ColdWarII, news, trends, #weather, #disaster, #terrorism, wars and other events. In December and January we added 40 Doctors, scientists and Epidemiologists to our group to gather more information on COVID2019 and its veracity.

Now there are reports, most notably from the South China Morning Post, by Josephine Ma on March 13, 2020, that the #WuhanOutbreak patient ZERO started on November 17, 2019 in the wet market where they sell live wild animals for consumption that had the COVID strain in them. The Washington Post also said that they were cases in California in December. Reports of a leak from the Wuhan bio-factory also.

That from Chinese Government papers that 266 were under medical surveillance last year and that medical authorities were dealing with a new disease linked to pneumonia. The first confirmed case was on December 8.

The Chinese New Year was to start on January 25, 2020, THE YEAR OF THE RAT (I was born Year of the Rat in 1960), whereby hundreds of millions of Chinese travel around the world either back to China or to Chinese neighborhoods around the world to be with family and celebrate the new year. Millions besides Chinese traveled from Wuhan as well as China or Asia in general in December and January to many places around the world. This COVID virus has a R0 (naught) rate between 2 and 4, that’s the number of one person infects the other even asymptomatically (without symptoms). If you watched the TV show on TNT, The Last Ship, the R0 rate was 10 on that event.

The British Professional Medical Journal, The Lancet on January 24, 2020, had a study, “Clinical features of patients infected with 2019 novel coronavirus in Wuhan, China” that on December 10, 15,17-27 and 31^st there were cases of COVID in Wuhan. This portion of the #COVID2019 time line is taken from the following sources: WHO, CDC, CNN and NBC News.

On December 31, 2019, Chinese Officials in Wuhan, Hubei Province in eastern central China confirmed dozens of cases of #pneumonia from an unknown cause. January 7, 2020, the outbreak is indentified ans a new coronavirus. January 11, 2020, a 61 year old man is first death in China. January 20, WHO confirms first cases outside China in Thailand, Japan and South Korea. January 21, the first U.S. case in Washington State, a man in his 30s. January 23^rd, Wuhan with 11 million people is placed under lock down. No transportation in or outside of the city is allowed, only grocery stores and medical is allowed.

The problem is that tens of millions have traveled around the world back and forth from China not knowing that they are asymptomatic. January 30^th, WHO declared the outbreak a global public health emergency with more than 9,000 cases worldwide in over 18 countries. January 31^st, the White House bans travel to and from China who had traveled there in last 14 days.

February 1, 2020, the Princess Cruises, the Diamond Princess, sailing from Yokohama, Japan on January 20^th and disembarked in Hong Kong, that a passenger tested positive for the virus. Feb. 2, the first death reported outside China-a 44 year-old Wuhan resident in the Phillipines. Feb. 4, the Diamond Princess is quarantined in Yokohama with about 3700 including passengers and crew. Feb. 7, Dr. Li (last name) Wenliang, a Chinese doctor who issused a warning about COVID outbreak before it was officially recognized, died in Wuhan, the first of hundreds of front line medical and essential workers killed by this deadly virus. He became a hero in China and globally and sparked a wave of public and viral mourning.

Feb. 8, the first U.S. citizen died in Wuhan. Feb. 9, Mainland China death toll rose to 811 more than total killed by the 2003 SARS outbreak. Feb. 11, the WHO names it COVID-19. Feb. 14, Egypt has first case, global death toll passes 1500. An 80 year old Chinese man died in France. Feb. 19, Iran reported 2 cases and both died. Feb. 20, South Korea has first death with 104 cases. Feb. 24, Italy cases spike with 6 deaths. The Dow Jones and other global markets go down 5 to 10% for many days. Feb. 26, CA has first person to person case in U.S. Brazil has first case. Feb. 28, Iran has most deaths outside of China with 34 of 388 cases. Feb 29, President Trump announces travel restrictions involving Iran and warnings about Italy and South Korea. First recorded death a man in his 50s in Washington State.

March 3, 2020, patients infected wait to be transferred from Wuhan No. 5 hospital to the newly built in 10 days Leishenshan hospital in Wuhan. Mar. 6, first COVID spending package signed by Trump. The SXSW conference and festivals are canceled in Austin, the first of many events and sports to be canceled. The Grand Princess cruise ship has 21 cases and being held of the coast of CA. Mar. 8, Italy issues a lockdown to about 16 million in northern Lombardy region of Italy with 5800 cases and 230 deaths including Milan and Venice. U.S. cases top 500.

March 9, Ireland and others cancel St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Mar. 10, Iran has a spike of 900 new cases to 8,042 and 291 deaths. President Xi (Shi) Jinping visited Wuhan for first time since outbreak in December. Mar. 11, the WHO says it meets dynamics of a pandemic. The NBA suspends all ballgames after a player in The Jazz is infected. Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson are infected in Australia while filiming. Trump restricts incoming flights from the E.U. to U.S. Mar. 12, the NHL, MLB and NCAA March Madness is canceled. Italy tops 1000 deaths. To get more COVID-19 information just research it more. Wikipedia has a lot also.

These are baselines of aggreate global cases: 1/19: 100; 3/6: 100K; 3/18: 200K; 3/21: 300K; 3/24: 400K; 3/26: 500K; 4/2: 1 million; 4/9: 1.5M; 4/12 of 1.8 million cases, 2 million by 4/15 and Expecting 3M by 5/1. On 4/25 there is 200,000 global deaths. On 5/12 there was 4 million global cases. By 5/20 there will be 5 million cases.

SCENARIO THREE: NUCLEAR TERRORIST ATTACK OR DIRTY BOMB:

If there is a terrorist nuclear explosion or a dirty bomb with high isotope radiation markers is exploded in the U.S., Israel, European Union or allies, then higher levels of decontamination, evacuation, checkpoints and staging areas will be needed. FVN Metro/State/National will have to work with local, regional, and Federal offices of FEMA Homeland Security, the National Guard, local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The most FVN Command and Control can do is to get out of the way and work with the various agencies. This will cause a FVN GEMSTONE CODE EMERALD-BOUNDARY-STATUS BLACK.

Depending on where the explosion is, where the fallout cloud is going and where you are compared to those parameters. See above for flanking travel and evacuation routes. If you are/were in the primary contaminated area, then there is a good chance that Homeland Security, FEMA and National Guard units will be coming to get you, or you will be going to their decontamination areas, treat you for radiation poisoning–if possible, and get you set up in FEMA shelters. Now if you are outside the radiation area or upwind or the fall out will arrive in a day or two, then you will need to make proper preparations. Will and where FVN Area/Metro/State Controls be able to set up fallout shelters?

Many homes do not have basements or have half-basements, so if you do not have a basement or shelter, then think buying one or building one. If that is impossible to work with friends or family and neighbors to work on a community shelter or at least know where you can go to be or be safe and out of harms way. Call me on this subject.

HOW TO RADIATION PROOF YOUR HOME: Depending on your home and where your home is compared to the fallout cloud, the amount of radiation and path expected, then either you will have to try to evacuate or get hunkered down. You will need 24-36 hours to complete the shelter. I consider this a last resort because evacuation is better if it is safer. If you are in a General Radiation Alert and told to Radiation Proof your home then do the following:

Of course get all your kits, boxes and bags. Gather up as much water as possible. You should already have one gallon per person per day for fourteen days or more in potable (drinking) water and ten gallons per person per day in non-potable water for cleaning and sanitation. For non-potable water save gallon or larger milk or juice jugs, rinse throughly, put in one ounce of bleach, rinse again and drain. Then fill all jugs and mark as non-potable–do not drink. Keep a couple gallons of bleach, water purification tablets and a water filter. Try to get ten or 55 gallon water drums also. Don’t forget your first aid kits, medicines and special needs items. Set up a 360 degree water sprinkler on your roof and use it when the fallout is coming down. It will wash to the ground. If the fallout is not on the roof or the walls, then you shouldn’t have too much internal fallout problems for your shelter. Install gutters on all horizontal. Extend your gutter washes to 20 foot long.

You will need a basement that won’t flood, make sure to have a sump pump, and that you can still escape if needed. The biggest item to stop radiation fallout is concrete or dirt. You will need a lot of dirt and plastic to surround the basement of your house. Depending how big your basement is and how many people or FVN members are to stay there; in this scenario we will be planning on a 24 foot wide basement by 60 foot long with about 10-12 people to stay there. The 60 foot basement will be divided in half. Concrete blocks will be put in the middle at 35 foot long. As the block wall goes up dirt is shoveled into the holes. The blocks need to be at least two deep, and alternate the direction of the blocks cross wise on each level. The 20 inches of thickness should stop any residual radiation in the basement. There will be a doorway that has a double or triple entry with steel doors if possible. If you are really serious you can buy shelters on the internet.

Get 4"x6"s and set up a grid and lay 3/4 inch plywood at a 78" above the floor. Have the 4"x6"s every 12" on center to support dirt and lay the plywood on top. Shovel at least 8" of dirt or concrete above the plywood. Work towards the block wall. Remember that thick enough dirt and concrete stops alpha and gamma radiation. Plans available in Summer 2018. A concrete shelter must be built in prior to an emergency.

On the outside of the house you will have to cover all the windows with plastic and then cover with dirt or clay to at least two feet thick to two foot above the main floor. On the inside staple thick plastic at the two foot level above the floor, this should capture any radioactive dust, and let the space act as a partial barrier. You will not be able to use your central air/heat because it has to draw from the outside, hence radiation. Plus energy and utilities may be off or rationed. E-mail FVN for diagrams for these plans in 2018. Start to prepare to evacuate and gather all kits to one or two areas, if possible get to outside the radiation zone.

Utilities: Water and gas might be cut off. This is why you have extra non-potable water. If you have a basement toilet you can use non-potable water, but do not flush all the time, shut the lid. Use air spray and scented candles in and near the bathroom. If you don’t have a toilet, buy a portable toilet with bags. Try not to use it all the time. Have plenty of candles, mattresses, pillows and blankets, because you will want to be comfortable. Seal all your sewer vents and pipes with a rag or plugs so radiation can’t back flow.

Communications: First off you will need a hard-line phone. A phone that does not need electricity to use. Make sure to have cable TV or a satellite line to the shelter. Get the new Digital TV Box with long range antenna to put in the other room in the basement, because EAS messages, weather and fallout reports will be broadcast. Also have wind up radios and radios with extra batteries. Set up your CB radio with a magnetic stick whip in the room to get further range stations. GMRS in a basement will only be good for a couple of miles. The CB has five watts and with the extra antenna it should go five to 10 miles. Have a rechargeable setup for the CB unit and have extra rechargeable batteries as well as extra batteries. Have plenty of batteries for all radios and flashlights. Heat and Generators: If you can use a generator, probably a 5kw to 10kw to run a middle size refrigerator, a hotplate, a microwave, tv, cable or satellite box and a few lights as well as some heat or fans. Set it up in your outside 20 foot away but have it secured with steel fence posts, chain and lock. Only run the generator two or three times a day for an hour or two to charge everything, get the fridge and freezer cold, cook and see what is happening in the world. Someone will have to go upstairs and outside to start and stop the generator. A five minute exposure will not hurt you with dosage. Just have one set of outside clothes to change with inside clothes. As the half-life of the radiation expires your exposure time can be longer. But cover all your basement windows with plastic and dirt. Make sure to change clothes and decontaminate yourself. Once the all clear is given by authorities be ready to evacuate to a safe zone as prepared by FVN or FEMA.
