We operate on CB Channel 31 and other channels. See 10-codes sheet or the Chapter. We also use
FRS/GMRS Channel 7 and others. We are also looking for HAM Radio Operators or Business
FM/UHF to join us. Citizen’s Band Radio works on most channels in quite a few countries.
Otherwise using emails, Twitter, Facebook, phones and other means will work also.

ON 20190601 THE FDN GEMSTONE ALERT CODE SYSTEM WAS REDESIGNED FROM
CODE SAPPHIRE-STEP OMEGA TO CODE COBALT–STEP EPSILON (with six months
of supplies and two week watch to evacuate certain Metros. There are over 18
#globalhotspots with at least SIX usually boiling to some sort of war state. Venezuela,
Korea, Ukraine, Israel, Gaza (Hamas), Syria (Hezoballah), Islamic State, Iran, Yemen,
various African countries with terrorism, India, Pakistan and others. Follow Twitter

For the ALERT STATUS TO UPGRADE BACK TO STEP ZETA, there would have to be
at least two or more heavy combat, air or missle/rocket actions in any of the above
