NETWORK POSITIONS AVAILABLE, MAY 1, 2019: ALL POSITIONS ARE VOLUNTEER
Please email us with contact information, location, social media, and how you will help the Network in your Position. Most positions are 5-10 hours a week. Some could be 2-5 hours a week. If you perform your position correctly there is promotion possibilities within the Network and you will get a good reference. Read Chapter 13 in Version Two or navigate Blogspot fully. See Blogspot: Alerts and Contact Information post.


Although Family Disaster Network is based in Sioux Falls, SD, some of these positions can be filled anywhere on the globe as long at you have internet and e-mail. PLEASE FILL OUT VOLUNTEER APPLICATION.


NETWORK VOLUNTEER INTERNSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE–MAY 1, 2019
All interns would be required to email weekly reports Friday afternoons at 1700 U.S. central. There could be two positions per internship. See Blogspot: Network Office Levels, Staffing Disasters or Chapter 13 in Version Two. See *** paragraph.


SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN (Falcon 17): This volunteer internship could be 1-2 hours a day or 8-15 hours a week depending on volume. You would be promoting and making the public aware of FDN, the Amazon/Kindle link, Nook link, Facebook link, Twitter link and this Blogspot link. You would be posting on YouTube, Instagram, your various social media and email accounts about FDN and use various hashtags. Red takes care of the official FDN Twitter and Facebook accounts but you should follow and share/RT. Need to try to double the membership or followers/friends etc. every week.


CURRENT AFFAIRS INTERN (Falcon 108): This volunteer internship could be 1-2 hours a day or 8-15 hours a week depending on volume. You would be responsible for watching or listening to news/current affairs/#globalhotspots on various media, Twitter, YouTube, email subscriptions, etc. You would be logging current events such as #weather, #disaster, #terrorism, #war, #globalhotspots. Turn in the weekly report. You would follow Twitter @familydisaster and other #OSINT, #ColdWarII persons. See pages 176-178 in Version Two or some would be on Blogspot: Network Office Levels


HISTORICAL EVENTS INTERN (Falcon 42): This volunteer internship could be 1-2 hours a day or 8-15 hours a week depending on volume. You would be responsible to research prior events for assigned months/years (2015-2019) on the following topics: #weather, #disaster, #terrorism, #war, #globalhotspots using Google, Wikipedia and other sources. Turn in weekly report on Friday with other interns.


***INTERNS MIGHT HAVE OTHER ASSIGNED DUTIES NOT SPECIFIED. Everything will be tasked by email, DM or other written advice. Try to finish any assigned tasks each week by emailed report to Red. Depending on the priority and current events and #globalhotspots is how tasks will be completed. Lower priority tasks can be shifted to the following week. You are VOLUNTEERS and we do appreciate your efforts to help, promote and expand the Network.


OTHER NETWORK POSITIONS AVAILABLE–MAY 1, 2019
Some of these positions are in Network Headquarters, but can be global. See Version Two on page 186 for Falcon Roster Network Headquarters. Expect to do 5-10 hours a week in volunteering to help in the position and promote the Network. Get members and get customers to Amazon, Kindle and Nook or Blogspot. If you perform your duties greatly you have the possibility to be promoted (page 183) within the Network and get a good reference. Books can be ordered at any book store with Title and ISBN. ISBNs are listed in “Also by...” in “Family Pre-Disaster Manual”. See cover page. Kindle has Kindle Prime, Kindle Lending Library and is available in 30 countries with 7 currencies.


There will be tasks assigned, some continuous, some specific each week, and each person shall submit a e-mailed report to FDN-Red by 1700 hours Friday central time, with results of weeks actions. Most actions carry forward to the following week, but essential to stay in contact with Red. See page 183 for promotions and other administrative functions.


JUNIOR VICE-PRESIDENT OPERATIONS (Falcon 54):


Act as secondary to Phoenix One and Falcon One, to assist in day-to-day operations worldwide. Using various staff to promote, use social media, sell books on Amazon, Kindle and Nook, make the Amazon, Twitter and Blogspot link known and available to the public and members and other assignments as needed. Probably 5-10 hours a week with a weekly e-mailed report to Red. If position is fulfilled well there is great opportunity to advance within the Network. See page 186 in Version Two.


REPORTS SPECIALIST (Falcon 26):


Help Phoenix One (Red) in Administrative matters especially for the monthly CODE PEARL reports and utilize new sign ins for new Groups, Areas, Districts and Metros. Three to eight hours a week depending on volume by email and Twitter with weekly report emailed to Red. If position is fulfilled well there is great opportunity to advance within the Network. See page 186 in Version Two.


TRAINING SPECIALIST (Falcon 142):


Using various Lessons in books and forms on Blogspot, you would develop a globalwide training Standard Operating Procedure. See Training Classes form on Blogspot. Get another 100-500 people each week to know about FDN and the free training available. Send in weekly report on Friday 1700 central. See Network Information post.


STATE AND ZONE ANNEXES SPECIALIST (Planning) (Falcons 124 & 125):
(One-U.S.; One-EU)
In U.S. set up over a dozen State Annexes as in Version Two or other books with one draft and one final State or STPG Annex per week as formatted in books. Risk assessment, scenario solutions for high GEMSTONE Code. Weekly report. SD, ND, MN, CO, WY, NE, IA, others as in May authorizations post. EU: UK, France, others and general Zone annex, Israel also.


COMMUNICATIONS SHIFT LEADER (Falcon 152):


Help set up communications network in the U.S. and elsewhere. Using CB Channel 31, GMRS Channels 7 and 9, as well as HAM and business radio two-ways. See Communications SOP in books or on Blogspot. Weekly report.


COMMUNICATIONS OPERATOR AND HAM LIAISON (Falcon 154):


Help add Amateur Radio (HAM) to the spectrum in our communications network for disasters and evacuations. U.S. as well as others.


NETWORK CHAPLAIN (Falcon 10): U.S. based


Non-denominational Protestant with John 3:16 and Beatitudes as emphasis. Must be able to respond to other religions since we have members/ people in over 50 countries.

They could be voted in by a majority of Area/Group Managers/Staffers/Members in verified Areas/Groups in that Metro/District by CODE PEARL reports. See page 183.

Must apply by email with resume and contacts and how you will benefit the Network and Region that you will be assigned to or live in. Five to 10 hours a week in your efforts to Promote, Involve, manage, staff, etc. Friday Reports at 1700 central to Red. See other Blogspot page on Regions and Zones activated. METRO VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Page 109 in Version Two.
Appointed by Red or Elected by Area members. For a Metro to be VERIFIED by FDN, there must be at least 250 members registered by form or email with critical information, see other Blogspot posts on Membership and Staffing Disasters. There must be at least 4 Areas established with and/or 4 Groups established using registration and CODE PEARL FORMS by 10th of Month. Areas/Groups must have a 25% staffing level of their allowed set-up. Area/Group determines their size. Initial Metros, see May post (40 plus-2019) can have Areas/Groups 60 miles/100 km or 100 miles away until another closer Metro or District is able to be formed by above verification. SEE MAY AUTHORIZATIONS. See Tag: Staffing Disasters, Networking and Page 183.

Don’t forget to Register all Members somehow (TAG: Membership), do CODE PEARL REPORT by 10th of Month, and your weekly emailed report to Red if required with your accomplished tasks.
