ALERT STATUS: We use GEMSTONE CODES (see Chapters 8 and 10) to explain various types of events
in the world. Do not worry about GEMSTONE CODES they are a FDN internal management and intelligence

THE HIGH CODE IS UPGRADED TO CODE SAPPHIRE-STEP THETA-UMBRELLA with 6 months supplies
and a 4 week watch for evacuation. The reason for the upgrade is that there are too many high events
happening or will be happening in the immediate future.
OEF (Afghanistan) is upgraded to CODE MANDARIN since the war has been ongoing for over one year.
GWOT-WWIV is upgraded to CODE MANDARIN since the war has been ongoing for over one year. There
is a CODE GOLD for TURKEY (NATO) vs. SYRIA since the event has been over 90 days. There has been
over 60,000 killed on all three sides in Syria. Over 4 million civilians have been displaced.
There is a CODE EMERALD for MALI for French, UK, Canada, US and others are fighting Islamic Extremists.
Over 1400 French Troops are fighting in Mali now. AUTOGOLD is pre-authorized 20130411.
The French call it Operation Serval and they are fighting the MOJUA, Al-Qaeda EM and Answar Dine. The
Coalition of Forces are French, Malian, Chad, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, German, UAE, UK, US and African
Troops. The French have 6 fighter jet squadrons, 3 refuelers and 8 C130s. The US is using 5 C-17
Globemaster III for the Airbridge between France and Mali. There are 4000 French Troops and 5100 total
troops. At least 5 French soldiers have been killed, 70 Belgians, and 30 Chadians. There are 5-10,000
Answar Dine and 1,000 AQEM insurgents and over 600 have been killed.
There are INTERNATIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES CODE EMERALDS (ICCE) for SYRIA, ISRAEL and IRAN.
These ICCEs are downgraded to CODE SILVER-STATUS GREY for Mediterranean, Libya and China vs.
Japan.
CODE SILVER–OS-ACTUAL-JORDAN–US Special Forces Combat Training Team has been teaching
Jordanian Forces various advanced training and developmental courses. The ICCE for Israel vs. Gaza
(Hamas) has been downgraded back to a CODE SILVER.
20130116-20–CODE SILVER–OS-ACTUAL-ALGERIA-41 Engineers held hostage at BP Refinery Site due
to the Mali War. On the 17th the Algerian Special Forces, trained by the US, raid the site. 37 hostages killed
with 3 US, 29 kidnappers and 3 captured. The site was large and was building to building.
20130122–Israel Elections Held, the Center of Right win an almost majority and needs to set up a new
coalition with Netanyahu at the helm again.
20130125–CODE SILVER–OS-EGYPT–Protests rock Cairo against Morsi’s Moslem Brotherhood
government.
