That will let you pay some other bill, and get into a better financial picture. Use a long secure envelope to store all receipts and the ‘fill-in-the-blank form’ inside it for each week, or pay period, or month. Tally up the various categories and add to the budget in Lesson 92. See how well your new budget works and how adjustments are made for saving money. Save money some place and save or spend it some where else. That way you can’t complain about a lack of funds!!!

Lesson 95: FURTHER TRAINING SOP: Training and Education is a continual process especially with FVN. Current Events are always changing and our reaction to them, and the way our preparedness levels must change along with them. Even if you use every word, Lesson and Chapter in this Manual, you will still have more to learn. You will learn from your mistakes trying to establish networks in your Area and Metro.

Most of the rules and SOPs that are in Chapter 13 and other Chapters to operate Groups, Areas, Metros, Districts, States, Zones, Regions, and National are guidelines to correctly manage and administer these levels.

Lesson 96: 4' by 4' by 8' SURVIVAL HUT PLANS: This box is big enough for two or three people to have an emergency sleeping, warming shelter and stay out of the weather. You will be able to stay some what warm with extra blankets or sleeping bags. Don’t forget a mattress, pillows, and a wind-up light. You can put this inside a tent to further stay out of the elements. Someone should build this shelter and see if the list has enough items.

You will need to buy 20# 2"x4"x8'; 5# 2"x8"x8'; 4# 5/8 inch plywood (no OSB); two pounds of 16 penny common nails; 1 pound of 8 penny box nails (wide head); 1 pound of roofing nails; 14' x 8' of white plastic wrap; 2 squares of shingles; 3 rolls of R-19 or higher kraft faced insulation; three wide hinges; door knob set and a small square of plexiglass (2'x2'). Almost all lumber is constructed 16 inches on center (oc).
