FDN METRO AND STATE POSITIONS

ANY FDN Network Manager, Administrator or Trainer must be approved by Phoenix One–Red Becker.
Other Metro Positions can be voted on or appointed by Metro Management or members. Metros should not come on line until there are 4-7 Areas and several Groups active and registered memberships in the Metro fulfilled thru Red. Send in Membership Registration forms, BRCOs, and CODE PEARL forms prior to starting a District, Metro or State. Mail all forms to FDN, P.O. Box 88252, Sioux Falls, SD 57109-8252

FVN STATE BREAKDOWN ON DISTRICTS: There are parts of various states that would not be more than 200,000 population with a 25 position Metro office. They would be most of WY, eastern MT, southern UT, northern NV, northern NM, northern AZ, western NE, western ND and central SD as well as most Territories in the U.S. and Canadian Provinces and Territories.

A District can have a geographical area of about 12 counties and there are five District Positions: District Manager, District Administrator/ Current Affairs, District Trainer, District Kits Specialist and District Communications. See Zones for the Call Signs.

FVN METRO OFFICES: Cities with a Metro population over 200,000 will have a Metro Office. There can be up to nine counties with a couple dozen areas and a few dozen groups involved. For Metros on a State border there can be up to be three out of state counties. All Metro Offices will have 25 positions. Some positions might be paid or have Marketing, MLM or consulting time.

FVN ZONE OFFICES: Large geographic States can have Zones to manage Control. States such as CA, TX, FL and NY can have three or four zones. FVN National will decide who is picked for these positions. They have five liaison positions:

California has four Zones: North, South, Central and Mountain. The North Zone: Point Reyes, Santa Rosa, Woodland, Yuba City, Chico, Eureka, Redding, Crescent City, Yrekea to all points north.
The Central Zone: Monterey, Los Banos, Mammoth Lake and points to San Francisco, Oakland, Stockton, Napa, Modesto, Sacramento, Truckee, I-80 area, to the Reno area. The Mountain Zone: U.S. 395, Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, Death Valley, portions of U.S. 101 and CA 1, Bishop, Fresno, and points in between. The South Zone: LA, Orange County, Oxnard, Barstow, San Diego, Palm Springs, I-15 and all points to the Mexico Border.

Lesson 67: FVN STATE/ PROVINCE/ TERRITORIAL OR NATIONAL OFFICES: Depending on the population each office will have 25, 50, or 75 positions. Populations under 1,000,000 will have 25 positions. Populations from 1 million to 4 million will have 50 positions. Populations over 4 million will have 75 positions. State equals Provinces and Terrtority. FVN National decides qualified personnel for positions. State equals Province or Territorial or National.
